Author's section
In this section authors can find information about paper templates, review process and prize papers. Please observe the following requirements for including papers in the proceedings: at least one author must be presenting the paper at the conference and be registered for the conference.
All papers must be submitted in English, the official language of PMAPS 2008.

Presentations Technical Equipment for Presentations
All lecture rooms have writing boards, and will be equipped with a laptop computer and a projector. Presenters could either send their presentation prior - to the conference to
pmaps2008@uprm.edu or download it at the room for their presentation.
Presentation Preparation Breakfasts
All speakers and chairman for sessions are invited for a presentation preparation breakfast at their session day. The breakfast is served 07:30-08:30 at Hotel Restaurant. The meeting will give the opportunity to discuss final session arrangements. In connection with the breakfast the presentations shall be downloaded on the laptop computer associated with the actual lecturer room for the session. Members of the LOC will support in this issue.
Templates
The abstracts and full papers shall follow the IEEE PES standard for conference papers. Information regarding IEEE PES author's kit can be found here. A sample paper can be downloaded here (pdf format).

Full paper submission
Papers should be submitted electronically using this online form. Faxed or emailed submissions are not accepted.
Papers should be in the IEEE PES format (see template section) and may not exceed eight pages. Papers must be written in English.
