Passport, Visa and Invitation letter

Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering the United States. Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the conference should contact the conference Administrative Support PMAPS2008@uprm.edu and indicate the need for an official letter of invitation using the registration form. The invitation letter will be issued once the conference Administrative Support has received the registration form and the payment.
